i360medical, a leading Irish healthcare solutions and medical device company, has announced that it has appointed Ray Cantwell as the company’s new Chairman of the Board. Mr Cantwell joins representatives from Cleveland Clinic and Synecor and two leading Irish clinicians together with the Chief Executive, Derek Young, on the board.
Mr Cantwell has over 30 years’ experience in the medical device sector and he previously held the role of Senior Finance Director at Medtronic plc. In this role, Mr Cantwell was responsible for the leadership of the Finance function at a number of operational sites across various businesses and locations internationally; including Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico and the United States.
